A key focus of this program is Phlebotomy. You’ll complete a dedicated course designed to prepare you with the knowledge and skills needed to perform blood draws, collect and handle both blood and non-blood specimens, and maintain a safe and compliant clinical environment.

In addition, you’ll gain front office and administrative expertise through the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) course, including patient scheduling, insurance verification, and managing healthcare documentation—making you a valuable asset in any medical setting.

By completing this 32-week program, you’ll meet the training requirements to sit for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam and the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) exam, both offered by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). While the Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification is not required for either exam, students may pursue this certification after successfully completing their CCMA and CMAA credentials. Students are responsible for securing their own clinical sites to complete CPT requirements.
