The IT Professional Skills and Ethics in the Age of AI course equips aspiring IT professionals with essential soft skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, time management, and adaptability, all within the context of AI and evolving technology.
The Fundamentals of IT course introduces the core concepts of computer hardware, software, mobile computing, networking, troubleshooting, and emerging technologies. Additional areas of study include operating system configuration, file and folder management, network setup, and the application of the OSI model in networking and troubleshooting. This course also prepares students for the CompTIA Tech+ certification exam.
The A+ Comprehensive course focuses on the fundamentals of computer technology, networking, and IT security, while also covering advanced topics such as cloud computing and virtualization.
Upon successful completion of this program, students will be prepared to sit for CompTIA’s A+ and Tech+ certification exams, providing them with a strong foundation for a long-term career in IT.
