This online course teaches the fundamentals of first aid for cats and dogs, including how to respond to common emergencies. In just 35 minutes, you’ll learn how to assess vital signs, manage breathing and cardiac emergencies, treat wounds and bleeding, respond to seizures, and practice preventive care.

				Most CPR certifications remain valid for a full two years from the date of issue.

				You should have received an email with a link and instructions to access the Red Cross Online Learning portal. If you’ve finished the online-only portion, you can use that completion certificate to attend the required hands-on session.

				Make sure to click the CREATE Log In button to set up a new account. The login details you used for registration won’t work for the online learning portal.
