Advance Child Care Training
The American Red Cross Advanced Child Care Training Online course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to responsibly care for infants and children both at home and in other settings. Topics include leadership, child behavior and discipline, professionalism, safety, and basic childcare skills such as bottle feeding and proper holding techniques.
Learners engage in a dynamic virtual environment where animated characters respond directly to their choices, supported by additional activities and educational videos throughout the course.
This course is not intended to serve as certification for state-licensed childcare providers and may not meet specific state requirements for professional childcare certification.
Note: Does not meet OSHA requirements.

How long does CPR Certification last?
Most CPR certifications remain valid for a full two years from the date of issue.
How do I access the online portion of my online class?
You should have received an email with a link and instructions to access the Red Cross Online Learning portal. If you’ve finished the online-only portion, you can use that completion certificate to attend the required hands-on session.
My log in doesn't work with the online class!
Make sure to click the CREATE Log In button to set up a new account. The login details you used for registration won’t work for the online learning portal.
