First Aid Basics
Medical, injury, poison, and environmental emergencies, preventing illnesses and injuries, and controlling bleeding & bandaging.
Use of Tourniquet & Bleeding Control
Includes how to use a tourniquet, manage shock, internal bleeding, burns, and electrical injuries.
Allergies & Breathing Problems
Covers allergic reactions, breathing issues, dehydration, diabetes, and low blood sugar.
Temperature-Related Emergencies
Addresses heat and cold emergencies, including dehydration and drowning incidents.
Injuries & Trauma
Covers amputations, bites and stings, broken bones, sprains, splinters, and nosebleeds.
Head & Internal Injuries
Teaches how to handle fainting, seizures, and injuries to the head, eyes, neck, spine, mouth, and teeth.
CPR AED & Choking
CPR and AED use for Adults*(optional), Children, and Infants. Adult*(optional), Child, and Infant choking management.
Course Completion Card
After successfully completing all course requirements, participants will receive a Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED certification card, valid for two years.
